RIGHTS

What capture and Clone Lab can and cannot do

TayaproVoices only works with audio you are entitled to use. Read the limits, then record a written consent for every voice you clone.

CAN

  • · Record a speaker on this device, capture audio playing in a tab or window, or upload a file you hold the rights to.
  • · Build a reusable voice profile in seconds: the closest matching base voice plus detailed delivery direction (pitch, pace, accent, warmth, rhythm).
  • · Speak any script with that profile, in 40+ languages, and export it as MP3.
  • · Render a presenter video whose mouth movement is timed to that generated speech.
  • · Store samples, profiles and consent records privately in your own workspace, visible only to you.

CANNOT

  • · Produce a bit-perfect copy of a person's voice. Profiles are close matches, not forensic clones — a listener who knows the speaker will usually hear the difference.
  • · Give you the right to clone a broadcaster, artist, politician or any other person you do not have permission from. Capturing a TV or radio feed does not create that right.
  • · Guarantee frame-exact, phoneme-level lip sync. Presenter mouth movement follows the speech timing and language, not each individual sound.
  • · Impersonate someone for deception, fraud, political manipulation, or to bypass voice-based identity checks.
  • · Remove your obligations under local law — voice and likeness rules differ by country, and you remain responsible for what you publish.

Consent form for a cloned voice

Fill this in with the speaker, or with the details of the permission you already hold. The record stays private to your workspace and can be withdrawn at any time.

I confirm that I am the speaker named above, or that I hold documented permission from that speaker. I consent to my recorded voice being analysed and used to create a synthetic voice profile on TayaproVoices, and to that profile being used for the permitted uses stated here, within the stated territory and period. I understand the generated audio is synthetic, that I may withdraw this consent at any time, and that withdrawal ends any further use of the profile.
